Job Responsibility :
- Research potensial vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. Vendor, Quantities, Prices) into internal databases
- Maintenance update records of purchased product, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Optimazed cost
- Anticipate business activity and acts proactively
- Maximize Supplier Relationship
- Create value & innovates
- Operate according to internal control principles & legal rules
General Requirements :
- Atleast 2 years experiences Marine Industry & Chandlering
- Billingual in English and Indonesian, Mandarin in an advantage & Proficiency in MS Office Application
- Must be able to work & Independenly or teamwork
- Good Communication
- Good Leadership and Analytical
- Excellent Problem Solving
- Good Interpersonal Skill
